- Step 3: Return the signed Purchase Agreement with a $2,500 deposit,to be held in escrow until closing.
- Step 4: The remaining balance of the purchase price is due at closing, which will be scheduled 14 days after deposit receipt OR when construction renovations are complete, whichever happens LATER.
